Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using HypaSites (“the Service”), operated by HypaSites Pty Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use HypaSites to create, host, or distribute pages that contain:
- Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws, including Australian Commonwealth and state laws.
- Intellectual property infringement — content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
- Malware or phishing — pages designed to distribute malicious software, harvest credentials, or deceive users into revealing personal information.
- Spam — unsolicited bulk content, deceptive landing pages, or doorway pages designed solely for search engine manipulation.
- Hate speech — content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Child sexual abuse material — any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This is reported to relevant authorities immediately.
- Cryptocurrency scams — fraudulent token sales, fake exchanges, pump-and-dump schemes, or deceptive investment pages.
- Impersonation — pages that falsely represent another person, company, or organisation.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, including overloading infrastructure or introducing malicious code.
- Resell access to the Service without our written permission.
4. Enforcement
We review reports of violations and may take action at our discretion, including issuing warnings, removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating access. Serious violations (such as CSAM or malware distribution) may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on HypaSites that violates this policy, please report it to hello@hypasites.com. Include the URL of the offending page and a description of the violation. We will investigate all reports promptly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
